YOUR PERSONAL SMOOTHIE

Basic ingredients

  • Fruit (one type and quantity), cold or iced but not frozen
  • Nut or seed milk
  • Green leaves, without stems or other vegetables such as zucchini or broccoli
  • Natural sweetener (Stevia or yacon honey)
  • Good fats: chia, flaxseed, coconut, almond butter, cashew butter, avocado
  • Vegetable protein: be it hemp, pignolias, tahini or sprouts

Additional ingredients: Cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, blueberries, vanilla, açaí powder, lucuma...

Mix the chosen ingredients, blend and enjoy.
