YOUR PERSONAL SMOOTHIE

Basic ingredients
- Fruit (one type and quantity), cold or iced but not frozen
- Nut or seed milk
- Green leaves, without stems or other vegetables such as zucchini or broccoli
- Natural sweetener (Stevia or yacon honey)
- Good fats: chia, flaxseed, coconut, almond butter, cashew butter, avocado
- Vegetable protein: be it hemp, pignolias, tahini or sprouts
Additional ingredients: Cocoa powder, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, blueberries, vanilla, açaí powder, lucuma...
Mix the chosen ingredients, blend and enjoy.
