Spicy Green Smoothie
A spicy mix of ginger, parsley and lemon to start the day with lots of energy
Portion for two people
Ingredients
3 cups filtered water
2 cups of a green leafy vegetable (can be spinach, kale, chard...)
¼ cup fresh parsley
1 stalk of celery
a seedless green apple
a tablespoon of peeled ginger rhizome
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and drink.
