Avocado Bruschetta

Ingredients (for two servings):
One ripe tomato, diced (100 g)
1 tablespoon chopped red onion (15 g)
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon of virgin olive oil (15 ml)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large avocado, halved.
Optional: hemp seeds for garnish.
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients except avocado
2. Cut the avocado and fill the centers with the bruschetta
3. Serve immediately or store well wrapped in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
