Ghee and coconut cookies

Nutritional values per serving (one cookie):
Calories: 167
Total carbs: 8 g; fiber: 5 g; net carbs: 3 g.
Protein: 5g.; fat:12g.
Ingredients (for 6 cookies):
1/2 cup + two tablespoons of coconut flour
5 tablespoons of ghee
2 tablespoons of finely ground flaxseed mixed with 6 tablespoons of water/ or two eggs if your diet is vegan
Two full droppers of liquid stevia (15-20 drops)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation :
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF and line a baking tray with non-stick paper.
2. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients well until you achieve the consistency of a thick paste.
3. Shape the cookies with your hands and place them on the baking sheet that has been covered with paper. Gently press the tops of the cookies with a fork.
4. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottom. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking paper, otherwise they will fall apart.
5. Serve or store in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
