Chocolate truffles

Ingredients

200 gr melted cocoa butter

1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

1 or 2 tablespoons of coconut cream

4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Stevia or yacon to taste

Filling options: Sour cherries (dried), açaí powder, lucuma, cape gooseberries, vanilla, white berries... etc.

Mix all ingredients except optional fillings, pour into molds and add chosen fillings.

Let it cool for about three hours in the refrigerator.
