Anti-inflammatory green smoothie

This smoothie contains several ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory properties, providing you with a pain-relieving remedy.

Portion for two people

Ingredients

12 raw almonds, soaked overnight, then drained.

1 ½ cups of water

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple

½ cup coconut pulp or coconut cream

half carrot

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. First blend the water with the almonds for about 60-90 seconds until smooth.
  2. Add the other ingredients to the mixture and blend until creamy. Drink throughout the day.
