Batido verde Chai

Green Chai Smoothie

This is a healthy, decaf version of a breakfast smoothie with a hint of chai.

Portion for two people

Ingredients

1 cup coconut pulp or coconut cream

½ teaspoon of powdered ginger

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon cardamom

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups baby spinach

¼ cup almond butter

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Stevia, xylitol or yacon syrup to taste

Mix all the ingredients well in the blender until you get a creamy texture.
