Aromatherapy that heals and enhances health

It is the meeting of cutting-edge technology with ancestral wisdom that, thanks to a slow-heat distillation process, allows obtaining therapeutic grade A essential oils (of high purity and some suitable for oral ingestion) in order to help heal various conditions and improve health.

Oils have been used throughout history from ceremonial events and the mummification process in ancient Egypt, as skin care and nutritionally. The best thing is that these oils work in a healing way without any side effects.

The benefits are impressive and they are becoming more and more popular thanks to them. Among the many benefits of essential oils and depending on the oil used, they can reduce anxiety, reduce pain, improve mood, increase physical and mental energy, calm and promote good sleep.

Due to its high price (think that one drop of peppermint oil contains the concentration of 20 cups of peppermint tea), you can start buying them little by little and according to your needs to create a natural first aid kit that you can take with you everywhere.

The essentials

  1. Peppermint : Provides energy to endure work or training for longer (topical). Helps relieve stomach upset and eliminate gas (oral). Used together with lavender oil (topical) helps relieve headaches, as well as reduce fever and muscle pain.
  2. Lavender : helps relieve anxiety (topical), is an antibiotic, and a few drops clean and sterilize the space. Together with peppermint oil, it helps eliminate headaches and with tea tree oil (Melaleuca), it helps heal burns, skin conditions, and skin regeneration. A drop in almond milk (orally) allows you to enjoy a comforting drink.
  3. Tea tree oil/Melaleuca: Powerful antibiotic and fungicidal oil. It is important to have it on hand in case of burns, scrapes and bites. It also helps with any type of fungal infection such as athlete's foot and toenail fungus.
  4. Oregano: It has powerful antifungal and antibacterial properties. It helps to ward off strong viruses and flu and is able to eliminate stomach infections caused by bacteria or parasites. It is important for trips and walks to prevent so-called traveler's diarrhea.
  5. Clove: Antioxidant, antibacterial and antiparasitic. It has natural anesthetic properties and can be used to relieve pain. It is often used on wounds to prevent infection and as a very effective pain reliever. Mothers use it during teething babies as it is safe, natural and powerfully effective.
  6. Orange: Because of its uplifting aroma, it is used to lift the spirits. In addition, it has stimulating properties that help improve digestion, cleanse the skin and even act as an aphrodisiac. It has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It has been found to contain d-limonene, a substance useful in fighting cancer.
  7. Frankincense: Frankincense is one of the oldest oils and has been used in religious ceremonies to enhance spiritual connection and for anointing. Today, it is used to improve mood, reduce stomach upset, stress, and as an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Frankincense works well on the skin to help heal wounds, reduce itching, swelling, and scarring. In alternative medicine, it has been studied to combat ovarian cancer in the compound AKBA (acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid) that comes from frankincense powder.
  8. Rosemary: stimulates brain function, very useful to use during study or work time. Rosemary contains properties that help thicken hair, so it can be added to shampoo, preferably organic.

Aside from these essential oils, some companies have created special blends that target more specific conditions. There is a digestive blend (Digize or also Digestzen) that helps improve stomach discomfort in both adults and babies. For babies, a drop can be put in a bottle with water, while adults can take a drop directly on the tongue or dissolved in a little water or tea (orally).

Likewise, some North American companies produce a protective mixture that helps combat flu symptoms before they become severe (OnGuard, Thieves orally). It also has purifying, antibacterial and antifungal properties that allow this oil to be used for personal hygiene (topical) and for home spaces.

The alternatives are endless and so are the benefits. Don't want to use repellent? You can prepare a natural solution with lemongrass, eucalyptus, citronella, mint and clove. These oils repel insects, make you smell good, and you don't risk using chemicals that are harmful to your skin.

Cinnamon oil is very useful in keeping blood sugar levels low and if you have diabetes.

However, not all oils are prepared with these protocols, so it is very important to make sure you get the highest quality essential oils as the cheaper ones may be synthetic oils with no health benefits.
