Turrón de chocolate con menta

Chocolate mint nougat

(Low carb recipe)

Ingredients (for 20 servings):

Cashew or almond butter or other nut butter (250 g)

1/3 cup melted coconut oil

1/3 cup cocoa powder

2 tablespoons of yacon honey

5 drops of liquid stevia

6 drops of peppermint essential oil

Preparation :

1. Blend all ingredients in the processor until creamy.

2. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and flatten with a spatula.

3. Allow to cool in the freezer for an hour until hardened.

4. Remove from the freezer and cut into desired portions.
