Bolitas deshidratadas de calabacín

Dehydrated zucchini balls

Ingredients

Coconut oil to moisten dehydrator tray or wax paper (modern ovens already have dehydrator temperatures so check if yours can reach the temperature of 63 or 65ºC)

1 cup grated zucchini

1/3 cup chia or flax seeds soaked until gelatinous

1/4 medium onion, chopped

1/4 cup raw or nutritional yeast

1/3 cup coconut flour

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt

Pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Preheat the dehydrator or oven to the lowest temperature with the door ajar and spread coconut oil, or use waxed paper.

Place zucchini on a clean cloth napkin and squeeze out excess water.

In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients (zucchini, flour, rawesano... etc.)

Using your hands, make golf-sized balls and place on a tray. Dehydrate at 63ºC for 2 hours.
