Sopa de miso con algas y fideos de coco

Miso soup with seaweed and coconut noodles

Recipe inspired by the original from Tree of Life Café

 PHASE 1.5

  • 2 1/2 T of water
  • 1 1/2 T coconut pulp
  • 1 1/2 c miso paste
  • 1 1/2 c sea salt
  • 1/2 c ginger
  • Soaked Wakame Seaweed Leaves.

Place the coconut meat on a cutting board and, using a knife, cut it into noodle-like strips. In a blender, blend the miso, ginger, water and salt until smooth. Pour into bowls and add the coconut noodles.
